<li>Accessibility Services: Required to detect user-launched apps and verify if internet usage is disabled for them. Alerts are provided when an app has its internet access blocked.</li>
<li>Draw Overlay: Necessary to display a pop-up dialog indicating that specific apps are not permitted internet access when they are launched.</li>
